What is hydroxytyrosol?

Hydroxytyrosol is a natural upcycled ingredient that is fully released during olive milling, primarily concentrating in the vegetation water. Although small amounts remain in virgin olive oils, recent studies show that this molecule—beyond oleic acid—is the key contributor to the most significant health and skincare benefits.
